Your delivery date is the sum of two parts. Printing begins once payment goes through; transit begins when the carrier scans the box for the first time. Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays don’t count. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Time are counted from the business day after.

U.S. parcels travel with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Parcels leaving the U.S. are sent DDU: any import duty, VAT or customs handling fee set by the destination country is collected from the recipient on arrival. All of the details are in our Shipping Policy.
- Second thoughts
- For 6 hours after checkout, provided printing has not started, you may change or cancel the order free of charge.
- Problems we fix
- Anything printed badly, damaged on the way, sent in the wrong style or size, or lost by the carrier. Report it within 30 days of delivery (for a lost parcel, count from the last day of the delivery estimate) and choose a free replacement or a refund.
- Filing a claim
- Send an email to [email protected] that includes the order number and a clear photo. We answer within one business day and decide the claim within 2–3 business days.
- Getting paid back
- Approved refunds return to the original card or PayPal account, usually within 5–10 business days.
- What we cannot take back
- Printed-to-order pieces can’t come back because you changed your mind, because a size was ordered without measuring first, or after they have been worn or washed.
