Your name and email, where to ship and bill, an optional phone number, and the items in the order.

Payment information

Handled by PayPal. We never receive or store complete card numbers.

Your messages

Whatever you write to us, whether by email or via our contact form.

Browsing data

Collected automatically as you use the site: cookie IDs, IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed.

How we use it

We use order information to produce and ship your order, help you with it and send status updates. We also use it to answer you, catch fraud, protect the site, and see which pages people actually use. We send marketing email only to those who signed up for it, with an unsubscribe link in each one.

Who receives it

Our print partner and the shipping carrier receive the recipient’s name, the delivery address and the contents of the order so they can make and deliver it. Other service providers help us with payments, hosting, email delivery and analytics, and may use the information only to perform those services for us. Nobody pays us for your personal information, and we do not sell it.

About cookies

Essential cookies make the cart and checkout work. Analytics and advertising cookies help us see which pages are visited, where visitors come from and how our ads perform. Cookies can be blocked or wiped from your browser’s settings; checkout, however, needs the essential ones to function.

Keeping data safe, and for how long

The whole website uses HTTPS. Order records are open only to team members whose job needs them. We keep information as long as needed for orders, claims, tax records and other legal obligations, and then delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Your choices

To stop marketing emails or to ask what information we hold about you, email [email protected]. The shop is built for adult shoppers, not children, and we do not knowingly gather data from anyone under 13.

State privacy rights in the U.S.

Several U.S. states now let residents control personal information held by businesses. Your rights depend on your state of residence and may include:

• Access: find out what we hold on you, with a copy.
• Correction: fix details that are wrong.
• Deletion: ask us to erase your data, other than what we must legally retain (tax records, for example).
• Opting out: refuse targeted ads, and refuse the sale or sharing of your data. Under some state laws, advertising cookies count as sharing or targeted advertising.

Sending a request. Put “Privacy request” as the subject of an email to [email protected] and explain what you want. Before acting, we verify identity by checking what you tell us (for instance a past order number and the email on it) against our own records. Someone you have authorized in writing may make the request on your behalf. We answer inside the deadline your state law sets, and using these rights will not affect your prices or service.

Appeals. Disagree with our decision? Reply to the email that announced it and we will review it again, then write back with the outcome. If you remain unhappy, your state attorney general can take a complaint.
