These terms cover your use of calilovewear.com and any purchase from Cali Love Wear. Please read them before placing an order.

Agreeing to these terms

Cali Love Wear is an online store whose products are printed when ordered. This agreement is between you and Cali Love Wear. Browsing the site or buying from it means you are bound by these terms, as well as by our Privacy Policy. Buyers need to be of legal age where they live, or shop with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

Products and orders

  • Products are made after checkout. Images on the website are mockups, and the printed item may differ slightly in placement or appearance.
  • A sale is final when we email you an order confirmation. Up to shipment we can turn an order down, say when a price or description was posted in error, when fraud seems likely, or when no carrier serves the address; turned-down orders get a full refund.
  • Choosing the size is up to you, so look at the Size Chart and the product details before buying.

Pricing and payment

Everything is priced in U.S. dollars. We can change prices whenever we need to, but your order keeps the price displayed at checkout. The full amount is collected at checkout, using a method from our Payment Methods page; the shipping charge appears before you confirm. Applicable sales tax is itemized separately at checkout prior to payment. Outside the U.S., the person receiving the parcel pays any duties or import taxes when it arrives.

Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for production and transit times, rates and carriers. Any delivery date we mention is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and cancellations before printing follow our Cancellation & Modification Policy. Requests for a replacement or refund are handled under the Return & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property

You may not copy or reuse the Cali Love Wear name, logo, artwork, photos, written content or site design without written permission from us. Brand names or trademarks belonging to others remain the property of their owners. Rights holders may contact us through the DMCA Reports page or at [email protected]; we review every complaint we receive.

Previous use of this domain

calilovewear.com has been operated by its current owner as Cali Love Wear since 2026, after the domain was registered anew. We have no affiliation with any person or business that used this domain earlier, including any seller that traded under a similar name. Orders, accounts, custom-printing jobs, promotional or discount codes, gift cards, store credit or other balances issued under that earlier use are not honored here, and we cannot take responsibility for any of them.

Using the website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt its operation, attempt to access data you are not entitled to, or place fraudulent orders.

Limits on our liability

So far as the law permits, the website and our products are provided “as is”, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Liability for any order-related claim cannot exceed the price paid for that order, though non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Which law applies

U.S. federal law where it applies, plus the law of the state in which Cali Love Wear is registered governs these terms, setting aside any conflict-of-law rule that would point to another jurisdiction. Please raise any problem with us first; nearly everything can be resolved over email. Disputes that email cannot settle go exclusively to a state or federal court located in Cali Love Wear’s state of registration, unless your own state or country lets you choose another court.

Changes to these terms

We revise these terms from time to time. Your order is governed by the version shown here, with its effective date, at the moment you placed it.
