Cancellation & Modification Policy

Until printing starts, an order can still be edited or called off. Here is what can change, how long you have and what to put in your email.

Making a change

Changes we can make

• A new size, a new color, or another garment style
• Switch to another design that costs the same
• Update the shipping address

When changes are possible

• Time window: we must receive your request within 6 hours of checkout and before printing has begun.
• After that: printed items cannot be changed, and shipped parcels cannot be rerouted.
• If the price changes: we email the new total and hold the order until you approve it.

Calling it off

Cancel within the 6-hour window, before anything is printed, and you are refunded in full, to the way you paid, within 5–10 business days. After printing begins, cancellation is no longer possible. If a printed order then arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, our Return & Refunds Policy still protects you.

Why there is a window

Within a short time of payment, your order sits in the print queue. A printed shirt carries your choice of design and size, so it cannot be restocked or passed to another buyer; that is why the window shuts once printing begins.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject “Change my order” or “Cancel my order”, and include:

• Your order number
• The full name on the order
• The change you want, or the word “cancel”

You will get a written reply confirming what we did. If you have not heard from us within one business day, look in your spam folder and then send it again.
