* Most orders are processed in 2-3 business days for immediate shipping.
* Once shipped, you can expect your package in 3-5 business days (US Only). However this is totally dependent upon on USPS so times may vary.
* We ship all of our packages through USPS.
* We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.
* WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DELAYS WITH SHIPPING ONCE WE DROP YOUR ITEM OFF AT THE SHIPPING FACILITY. USPS shipping delays are out of our control.
*Packages that are returned to us by USPS will be re-sent once additional postage is purchased, or we will provide a refund, minus the original shipping cost.
International Orders Only:
International shipping can sometimes be very slow. However, all international orders placed are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery. The average is about two and a half weeks but it is not unusual for it to take longer. Also, please be aware of import taxes. We cannot be held responsible for this charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of our items are produced in limited quantities and are print-on-demand. We are not able to accept returns under any circumstance other than fault of our own (ie. if the wrong item was shipped to you.)

Lost Packages & Returned Packages
Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send, the liability is between you and USPS; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination inputted, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees.
